We have a very unique gym based on Windy Arbour Farm where we provide our Personal training and Group training in Wigan. Chris opened CM Fitness after gaining over 10 years experience working as a personal trainer in Wigan, Manchester and around the UK working with both the general population and elite athletes. As a personal trainer in wigan, he specialised in body composition results; losing fat, gaining muscle & strength and getting clients to look and feel better after their personal or group training sessions. The gym is a fully private facility providing all personal training & group training packages and has been created to give members the ultimate hands on experience in a friendly, supportive environment. We plan in "progress checks" during our Group Training programs. This helps us to ensure that every member is progressing in & out go the gym and working towards their goal. We believe this is a huge tool to use for long term success
