Do I have to be fit already?
No, we can cater for a wide range of fitness levels & ages. All sessions can be taken at a pace to suit you individually.
Is there restricted sessions I can come too?
No, you have complete access to all our sessions on the timetable above. You would simply select 3 of these per week as a target.
How much is it and how do I sign up?
Our 6 week trial costs £130 as a one off upfront fee. You can sign up by filling out our contact form and a member of staff will be in touch.
Im super nervous about joining a gym?
Don't worry, 90% of the sign ups we get are from people in a similar position to yourself. All of our members have come through this system which ensures everyone started off in the same place….your never alone!!
What happens after the 6 weeks?
Most decide that we are for them and transition into our membership for long term results & success. Should you decide that you don't want to continue past 6 weeks, we will be sorry to see you go but there is no tie in with the trial and you are free to continue alone
